Facing the vigorous competition situation, it becomes a triumphant key factor in the market that is quickly providing the business, reducing the cost of bandwidth and exaltating the service quantity of communication. The focus of the key factor is the construction of the basal network. Transport network is the foundation network, so the construction of the 3G transport network play an important role in the whole network.
