摘 要 随着制造业和计算机软硬件的发展，模具已经得到了快速发展和广泛的应用，因此对各种塑料制品的模具设计具有重要的理论意义和实际应用价值。 塑料注射成型模具主要应用于热塑性塑料的制作成型，近年来在热固性塑料制作方面的应用也日趋广泛。由于塑料注射成型工艺优点显著，所以注塑成型模具越来越引起人们的重视。本论文详细论述了手机外壳热塑性材料成型塑件时所用的整套注塑模具的设计过程，包括塑件的成型工艺，分塑面的选择论证，浇注系统的设计、成型零件的尺寸计算、镶块的固定方式、脱模结构、推出机构、冷却系统以及排气系统等的设计。论证了成型塑件的方式为注塑成型，采用浇注系统推杆推出的方式推出制件的好处，以及整套模具采用标准模架A1形式的好处。 关键词： 音响 注塑模 模具结构 注塑成型 Abstract Along with the manufacturing and development of computer hardware and software, die has been the rapid development and extensive application, So for various plastic products, the mold design is of great theoretical and practical value. Plastic injection molding is mainly used in the production of thermoplastic moulding, in recent years in the application of thermosetting plastic production has become more and more widely. Because plastic injection molding process significant advantages, so injection moulds cause the attention of people more and more ,detailedly expounded thermoplasticly plastic material formings molds piece hour the person who employs employs complete set of mould plastic pattern design process,consists of to mold the forming technology analyses and branch mould the selection demonstrates and pours into a mould the system ,forming spare parts dimensions calculation and set cake fixs means ,drawing of patterns organization admittedly and puts out organization , cooling system along with exhausts the design that systematically awaits. Demonstrated the forming molds piece the means is the mould plastic forming ,the means that adopts pouring into a mould the systematic thrusting rod to put out at spare parts along with why standardized standard shelf A4`s shape of pattern the adopting advantage .Moreover by means of CAD simulated every pattern spare parts hologram along with their assembly form.
