Problems of Tourism Administrative Law Enforcement and Solutions in Guiyang CityAbstract: The rapid development of tourism in promoting the national economy played a pivotal role; the related government departments have also attached great importance to tourism, the tourism industry is as a new growth point of national economic development. However, compared to the rapid development of Chinas tourism industry or compared to the tourism law enforcement in other developed regions, the legal system in Guiyang travel and tourism, in particular the case of administrative law enforcement is still a considerable lag, and there are still some problems to be solved. At present, the tourism market order in disordered hinders the healthy and rapid development of the tourism industry, affecting the image of Chinas tourism industry. Therefore, in order to adapt to the needs of the current rapid development of tourism, it is particularly urgent to strengthen the roles of guidance, supervision and management from tourism administrative departments in Guiyang, to standardize and govern the tourism market order, and to intensify tourism administrative law enforcement.
