TheResearchofDataStorageTechnologyBasedonNANDFLASHArrayAbstractHigh-speedstoragesystemhaswidelyusedinthedynamicsignaltestfield. Asakindofstoragematerial,NANDFLASHisbasedonsemiconductortechnology,comparedwiththetraditionalstoragedevicesNANDFLASHisbettertowithstandtemperaturechange,mechanicalvibrationandshock,ithashigherreliabilityandeasytoimplementhigh-speed,lowpowerstoragesystems.NANDFLASHisanidealsolutiontoachievelarge-capacitystoragetechnology.Atpresent,large-capacity,high-speedstoragetechnologybasedontheNANDFLASHmemoryarrayhasbecomeahottopicinthestoragesystem.Thesubjectaimsattheneedsofmulti-channeldatarecordsindynamicsignaltest,proposesakindofdatastoragetechnologysolutions.designingalarge-capacityhigh-speeddatastoragesystembasedonNANDFLASHarray. ThepaperfirstlyintroducestheprincipleofFLASHarraystorage,thenputsforwardtheoverall designofstoragesystemandexpoundstherealizationwayofcachesystem,datatransmissionandcontrol.Thenintroducestheimplementationprocessofsystemfromhardwareand softwareaspects,emphaticallyanalyzesincreasingspeed,reducingFIFObuffercapacity,andotherkeytechnicalways,anddesignsaspecialDMAcontrollerstoragingdatafromFIFOtoNANDFLASHarraydirectly,ThedesignofDMAcontrolleradoptslinesprogrammingoperationswitchthroughthedifferentFLASHmemory,achievedhighspeedstoragedesigngoalintheconditionofsmallFIFO.TheentirestoragesystemisimplementedonaXilinxFPGA,intheconditionof50MHzfrequencyand8-bitdatabus,storagespeedis16MB/S.Finally,givesthesystemtestdatacorrectly,experimentshowsthatthedatastoragesystemconstructedcanstorageandmanagementdataeffectivelytoguaranteedataanalysisandprocess.Finallythepaperproposethedirectionneedtobefurtherresearched.Keywords:FLASHstoragearray,DMA,SOPC目录1绪论1.1 课题背景················································································································································11.2 国内外研究现状和发展动态··········································································································11.3 论文研究内容和组织结构····
