此建议要进一步确立以校为本的导师培训培养机制;进一步完善导师制在制度方面的建设,以制度来明确、规范导师的行为,同时加强对二者之间职责和关系的研究,切实推进学生成长导师制;建立发展性评价机制,对学生成长导师制进行多元化评价、过程性评定和质性评定。关键词:初中小班化教育学生成长导师制ABSTRACTAccordingtotheaskingofNewBasicEducationCurriculumReform,allstudentsshould developthemselvescomprehensively.WiththePeople-orientedtheory,weshouldrespect students’individualdifferences,andtrytofulfilltheirdifferentdevelopmentneedssothateach studentcan bethelarruping one. But,thetraditionaleducationignoredtheindividualdifferenceof students’ tobeexisted.It’soverallcharacterenoughandtospare,butlackingindividuality.“The tutorialsystemforstudents’development”isanentirelynewmanagerialsystemofteachingand educationall-in-one.It’saembeddedandadequateandcomprehensiveeducationofgoodquality moreandmore.ItembodiestheideasofNewBasicEducationCurriculumReform.Andit’s affluentinthemeaningoftheprimaryclasseducating.It’sthecommonneedsofteacher professionaldevelopmentand studentsgrowing up.Thisdissertation willdescribe and analyze the tutorialsystemwith three sections:Thefirstsectionisthesummarization.First,thewritertalksabouttheresearchbackground, whichbasedonteacherslackingofprofessionalabilityandtutordidn’tknowwhatshouldbeand howtobeguided,andhowtofindthestudents’matter,andhowtoselectthecorresponding policy,andhowtoputintoexecutionduringthecauseoftoday’sthetutorialsystemofmoral education.Thereexistedthehaphazardryandunprofessionalconduct.Then,thewriterdiscusses therealisticmeaningofthetutorialsystemforstudents’developmentwhichbasedontheprimary class educating. The idea ofpeople oriented and the theoryofeducation forall-round development andtheideaofteachaccordingtothestudentsabilityarethefoundationtheoriesofthis dissertation.Second, basedontherelatedliterature, the writerdefinedtheconceptoftutorandthe tutorialsystem,andexpoundtheconceptofthetutorialsystemforstudents’development.Third, thewriterreviewsthecurrentsituationofresearchbothhereandabroad.Finally,itexplainsthe researchconsiderationsandresearchapproach,thatistheorganonofhistoryandin
