ABSTRACTInrecentyears,withthedevelopmentofpowerelectronicstechniqueandtheuseofnon-linearloads,moreandmoreharmonicsareinjectedintothenetwork.Harmonicbecomesanimportantelementofimpactonelectricqualityinpowersystem,soitisnecessarytomonitorpowersystemharmonic.HarmonicStateEstimation(HSE)providesystemharmonicsvoltageleveltopowerboardaccordingtothesystemtopology,keyharmonicvoltageandcurrentmeasurement,andthendeterminethesystemharmonicinformation.ThemodernmeasurementtechnologyispriorconditionoftheHSE,meanwhileitbringssomeadvancementfortherelevantproblemsaboutmeasurementvariables,estimationmodels,solutionalgorithmandobservationanalysis.Firstly,thepaperintroducesthebasictheoryofBeidouNavigationSatelliteSystemandtheharmonicmeasurementsystem,anditbringsupmeasurementmodelsanddynamicstateestimationmethods(DHSE)byselectingthesynchronismmeasurementvalueofbusvoltages,businfluxcurrentsandbranchcurrentsasmeasurementvariablesandthebusvoltagesinthewholenetasstatusvariables.Secondly,ASVD-Kalmanfilterisproposedtosolvethenon-quasistatedynamicstateestimation.Thesimulationandproceduresareusedtoverifyit.Finally,detectionmethodsofthebaddataandforDHSEareproposed.Themajorworkandconclusionsareasfollows:AdynamicharmonicstateestimationmodeisformulatedbasedonKalmanfilter.ThemaintargetoftheKalmanfilteristheoptimalestimationofthestatevariablesfrommeasurementscorruptedwithnoise,byminimizingthesquareoftheexpectederrorbetweenthevaluesoftheactualandestimatedsystemstates.TherearetwokindsofadaptiveKalmanfilters.ThefirstoneisadaptivemethodtodeterminethenoisecovariancematrixQandmeasurementnoisevarianceR.ThesecondoneisadaptivefadingKalmanfilter.AsthesystemtransitionmatrixandmeasurementmatrixhavethefeatherofmultidimensionalityandthecomputerroundoffmaydegradetheperformanceoftheKalmanfilter,afadingkalmanfilterwithofflineQandRdetermindisadvanced.TheIEEE-14bustestsystemsimulationandproceduresareusedtoverifyit.Whilethepowersystemisunderquasi-staticstateandnobaddataexists,comparisonshowstheprecisionisapproximateforD
