IIIIAbstractPeasant problem as top priority to agriculture, rural areas and farmers problems, has been widely attention of state and society. In recent years, with the development of rural tourism, our country also has a new increase in rural incomes channels. But with the development of rural tourism in China started late, immature, participants lack of experience, different regions and is more complex, causes the increase in the income of farmers cannot achieve sustainable situation.This paper is combined with the national social science fund project rural tourism andthe research on farmers income for the ethnic groups in southwest, on the basis of original research in this field data, through field survey, through the village of Yangshuo county for access to the local residents travel management circumstance of first-hand information, and calculate the annual local tourism income looked at rural tourism make farmers income based on this conclusion, then using the theory of stakeholder analysis through the village tourism development problems, by building a game model to seek interests balance model, finally on the basis of the relevant mechanisms and strategies are put forward.
