AbstractCloudcomputingenablesuserstoaccessatanytimeviatheInternetgettingvirtuallyunlimitedcomputingpowerandavarietyofinformationservices,usersofcomputingandservicesreadilyavailable,easytoexpand,on-demandpricing.Thedatacenterasacornerstoneoftheimplementationofcloudcomputing,itsroleisbecomingincreasinglyimportant,inthefaceofthesituationismorecomplex.Increasinglylarge-scale,dynamicallocationandmanagementofvirtualandphysicalresourcesarethenewchallenges.Atpresent,theproblemsofdatacentersaremoreandmoreserious,suchasthedeteriorationofresourceutilization,thephysicalmachineloadimbalanceandhighclouddatacenterpowerconsumptionproblem.Thispaperfocusesontheclouddatacenterresourcescheduling,improvingcloudresourceutilization,makingtheclouddatacenters’loadbalancing.Thispaperstudiesthefollowingaspects:Forcloudresourcescheduling,thispaperanalyzesthearchitectureofclouddatacenter,describesthemainresourceinclouddatacenter,givesthedefinitionoftheseresources.Clouddatacenterresourcesforheterogeneousphysicalmachinebringavarietyofunevendistributionofresourcesandresourceutilizationislow,webuildthevirtualmachineplacementproblemintomulti-dimensionalmathematicalmodel.Basedonthismathematicalmodel,wedesignandimplementamulti-dimensionalresourcevirtualmachineplacementalgorithmsbasedonantcolonyoptimizationalgorithm.Inordertoverifytheperformanceofthealgorithm,weusetheopensourcecloudsimulationplatformCloudSimimplementinggreedystrategyandbasicantcolonyalgorithmplacementalgorithms.Theexperimentsshowthatthevirtualmachineplacementalgorithmisverified.Forclouddatacenterphysicalmachineresourcesloadimbalanceproblem,weproposealoadbalancingalgorithmbasedonvirtualmachinemigration.Theloadbalancingalgorithmpredictmulti-thresholdtriggeringontheadjustmenttiming;accordingtotheloadcharacteristicsofthevirtualmachinetocompletethemigrationofvirtualmachineswiththebestselectionandadaptationalgorithmtofindthevirtualmachinemigrationtargetphysicalmachine;throughbestloadrangeboundnoderesourceutilization,sothatthephysicalresource
