StudyonExportPotentialofChinasAgriculturalProductfromPerspectiveofShanghaiCooperationOrganisationAbstractShanghaiCooperationorganisation(SCO)wasestablisheduponchina’sadvocationandwasnamedinchina’scityname.SincethemembercountriessignedtheShanghaiCooperationOrganizationMemberStatesandmultilateraltradeandEconomicCooperationPrograminSeptember,2003.In2010ThefirstconventionofagricultureministryofSCOwasheldinBeijing,andagainemphasizedagriculturalcooperationwasthesignificantsectorinregionalcooperation.Thereforetostudyontheexportpotentialofchinasagriculturalproduct,fromtheperspectiveofSCO,hasdominantandpositiveroleinfurtherdeepentheagriculturaltradeandcooperationbetweenchinaandothermembercountriesinSCO.Thispaper,onthebasisofanalyzingenormousdataandcollectingrelatedmaterials,investigatedagricultureproduction,supplyandself-sufficientlevelofagriculturalproductsofthemembercountriesofSCO,thencalculatedthecomparativeadvantageofagriculturalproductsafterexaminingagri-tradeofallmembercountries,whatismore,thispaper,usingconstructedmodifiedConstantMarketSharemodel(CMS),foundouttheincreasingfactorsandbarriersforChinasagriculturalproductsexportingmembercountries,andusedGreyModelwithMatlabprogrammingcalculationtoforecastexportincrease,theconclusionscanbesummarizedasfollows:HighercomplementaritiesonagriculturalresourcesandproductionstructurewasfoundbetweenChinaandothermembercountriesinSCO.Theagri-productsweresametosomeextentinmembercountriesinSCO,buttheself-sufficientlevelvarieddramatically.Thecomparativeadvantageofagri-productsandtradestructuresofmembercountriesprimarilyreflectedtheiragriculturalresourceendowment,Chinamainlyexportedhorticultureproducts,andimportedbulkcommodities,conversely,othermembercountriesmajorlyexportedbulkcommoditiesandimportedhorticulturalproducts,animalproductsaswellasfisheryproducts.Between2004and2010,theimportincreaseofagriculturalproductsofmembercountriesinSCOwasgreatlypositivetotheexportincreaseofChinasagriculturalproducts,however,thelowmarketcompetitivenessha
