摘要制造企业的成败极大的依赖于自身供应商队伍的水平，如何有效对供应商关系进行管理已经成为汽车制造企业的战略需求。供应商粘性作为供应商关系的概念拓展，是对制造商和供应商成员之间“关系密切程度”和“被锁定程度”的综合度量，相比传统供应商关系研究只考虑“关系强度”和“关系质量”两个方面，供应商粘性不仅评价了关系的现有状态，还考虑了锁定效应带来的脱离成本，对汽车制造企业有更为实际的意义。同时，供应商粘性也是制造企业对供应商分类管理的重要依据，也是供应商关系管理策略的有效支撑，对汽车制造企业合理有效的培养供应商队伍有着至关重要的作用。目前供应商粘性的研究尚不成熟，首先本文提出了供应商粘性评价的五大维度：非替代性、关系价值、合作惯性、适应性和联结结构，并以此为切入点，构建适用于汽车制造企业的供应商粘性评价指标体系。其次，结合企业生命周期理论和合作关系触发模式研究，本文构建了汽车制造企业的供应商粘性发展的系统动力学模型，该模型可有效模拟不同企业合作过程中的供应商粘性变化。最后通过对C企业的供应商合作进行模型仿真，发现汽车制造企业与成长期供应商合作拥有更大的供应商粘性发展潜力，仿真结果证实战略合作虽然对双方收益有短时影响，但对供应商粘性有较强的催化作用。同时模型讨论了汽车市场竞争不断加剧的情况下，不同关系管理策略的优劣性，为汽车制造企业实现更为有效的供应商关系管理提供了有力的支持。关键词：供应商粘性，供应商关系，系统动力学，企业生命周期ABSTRACTThesuccessofautomobilemanufacturingenterprisesgreatlydependsonthequalityofitssuppliers.Ithasbeenastrategicdemandforautomobilemanufacturingenterprisestomanagethesupplierrelationshipefficiently.Supplierviscosityastheextendedconceptofsupplierrelationshipsisacomprehensivemeasuresof“theaffinitydegreeofrelationship”and“relationshipschangingtendency”.Previousstudiesmainlyconsideredthetwoaspects,strengthandrelationshipquality.Supplierviscousnotonlyconsidertheexistingstateofthesupplierrelationship,butalsocanpredictthefuturechangesofrelationship.Ithasaverymeaningfulpracticalsignificancecomparedwiththepreviousstudy.Besides,supplierviscositycanprovideimportantreferencetosupplierclassificationmanagementofautomobilemanufacturingenterprise,andhelpthecompanytochoosetherightsuppliermanagementstrategies,whichplaysacrucialroletoSupplierteamtrainingforautomobilemanufacturingenterprises.Thecurrentresearchonsupplierviscousisnotmature.So,thispaperfirstputforwardtheevaluationindexsystemofautomobilemanufacturingenterprisessupplierviscositybasedonfivedimensions,namely,namelynon-fungibilityrelationshipvalue,thecooperationofinertia,adaptabilityandcouplingstructureoftheevaluation.Combiningthepresentresearchofenterpriselifecycletheoryandpartnershiptriggermode,thispaperconstructsthesystemdynamicsmodelofthesupplierviscositydevelopmentthatcaneffectivelysimulatedifferentsuppliervisco
