Virtual endowment research A Dissertation Submitted for the Degree of Master Candidate：Ma Ximei Supervisor：Prof. Li Gang Chang’an University, Xi’an, China 摘 要 21 世纪是人口老龄化迅速发展的时期，我国作为老龄化国家之一，面临的老龄化 形式非常严峻。由于现代社会家庭结构的改变，使得以往传统的家庭养老不能为继，机 构养老又面临床位有限、价位偏高、老年人不易接受等缺点，在此情况下居家养老模式 应运而生，虚拟养老模式作为居家养老的一种新模式，有其产生的深刻社会原因与形成 条件，虚拟养老不仅具有家庭养老与机构养老的传统优势，例如环境熟悉，养老费用较 低等，而且有其自身不可替代的优势，比如运营成本低廉，服务项目多样等。目前在我 国已有许多地方开始实践虚拟养老模式，例如兰州市城关区建立的“金色晚年”养老服务 中心与江苏苏州沧浪区的“邻里情”养老中心。但虚拟养老模式并非完美，在实践过程中， 虚拟养老院也面临着缺乏制度保障、服务内容较浅、服务质量不高等问题。 本文通过文献法、调查法和对比法，运用福利多元主义理论与马斯洛需求层次理论 原理，对虚拟养老服务模式进行阐述，以兰州市城关区“金色晚年”居家养老服务中心为 研究对象，深入分析虚拟养老模式产生的社会背景、原因、条件，通过与传统家庭养老 和机构养老的对比发现虚拟养老模式的优势。通过对城关区虚拟养老院的建立背景及运 营模式研究，发现该模式的发展困境，并积极借鉴美国社区养老的先进理念与成功经验， 最后总结出解决对策，希望对我国虚拟养老未来的发展提供可借鉴的有效经验。 关键词：虚拟养老模式；优势；运行机制；困境；出路 i Abstract 21st century is a fast developing period of an ageing population, as one of the ageing countries, our country facing the ageing of the form is very serious. Due to the change of family structure, traditional family endowment can not fit the need of modern society and institution endowment was limited by shortage of beds, high price , shortcomings and so on.
