摘 摘 要万方数据万方数据摘 要经济的不断发展，针对市场竞争、机构改革等变化，如何利用现有信息进行有效 决策、更好的指导企业的发展，成为企业关注的的焦点。信息时代的变迁，使得经济 业务的处理越来越趋向于计算机处理，对财务工作者而言更多的倾向于对数据的分 析，以及向管理职能转变。传统的信息系统已经不能适应新的需求，如何选择利用符 合企业实际情况的管理系统来实现辅助企业管理、决策支持，已成为使用者所关注的 目标，也是企业管理信息化发展中的关键所在。基于此，论文采用规范研究法，指标 分解和案例分析结合的方法，以及系统的设计与开发的方法进行研究，其主要工作如 下：论文首先对业务一体化和财务指标的相关国、内外研究现状作了综述，指出多数 研究只是从单个方面进行：只研究业务一体化方面，或者只从财务角度研究财务指标 分析，并没有具体将业务体系与财务分析结合起来研究。在此基础上，根据相关的理 论基础，根据案例公司的现状以及需求，结合传统财务指标分析流程，提出基于业务 一体化视角的财务指标分析框架。业务一体化，即把企业的进销存业务，以及其它业 务活动集成到一个信息平台，实现业务活动信息化集成，业务流程的一体化，从而科 学、有效地管理企业的人、财、物、产、供、销等各项具体业务工作。这章主要包括 财务指标分析，在这一节我们还添加了一些辅助性指标分析，如销售质量比率、现金 债务总额比等；还包括构成财务指标各项目分析；指标科目设计；指标科目对应相关 经济业务；以及业务一体化下会计凭证的产生等内容，这些内容为指标分析系统的设 计与开发提供了理论铺垫。然后，按照分析框的思路，结合公司现有信息资源，模拟公司的运作，在原型案 例的基础上，进行改进，并设计与开发《基于业务一体化视角的财务指标分析系统》， 最后，通过系统的运行效果，将理论成果运用实践，为企业做出科学合理的经营决策 提供帮助。关键词：信息化；业务一体化；财务指标；系统开发IAbstAbstractAbstractWith the development of the economy, according to the market competition mechanism reform, change the development, how to use the existing information for effective decision making, better guide enterprises, become the focus of attention of the enterprise.
