中文摘要目的：观察健胃消胀合剂治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效。 方法：将符合纳入标准的病例随机分为两组，治疗组 30 例，对照组 30 例， 两组在性别、年龄、病程、胃镜象、病理方面均无明显差异(P 0.05)。治疗组 服用健胃消胀合剂，对照组服用摩罗丹，两组均服药 3 个月，观察治疗组及对照 组治疗前后的症状疗效、症状积分、胃镜、病理的改变，并进行统计学分析。 结果：（1）两组患者临床症状疗效经统计学处理，有显著统计学意义（P 0.05），表明健胃消胀合剂治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎其临床症状疗效优于摩罗丹。（2） 两组患者治疗前中医症状总积分比较无显著性差异(P 0.05)，治疗后两组患者 中医症状总积分较治疗前均有显著性差异(P 0.001)，治疗后治疗组中医症状总 积分的改善明显优于对照组(P 0.05)。（3）两组患者治疗后胃镜疗效及病理疗 效经统计学处理，有显著统计学意义（P 0.05），表明健胃消胀合剂对胃镜及病 理改变优于摩罗丹。（4）两组治疗安全性评估：治疗前后两组病人血、尿、便常 规，心电图、肝肾功能均无明显变化，提示治疗组和对照组均无明显的毒副作用。 结论：健胃消胀合剂治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎能明显改善其临床主要症状，提高患者的生活质量。对胃镜下粘膜和病理改变都有明显的逆转作用。研究结果从临 床角度验证了健胃消胀合剂治疗 CAG 的实用性和可行性。 关键词：中医药；萎缩性胃炎；癌前期病变；胃癌；治疗 AbstractObjective: To observe the therapeutic effect of Jianwei Xiaozhang Mixture on treating Chronic Atrophie Gastritis (CAG), in order to provide an effective drug of treating CAG.Method:60 cases of CAG were randomly divided into two groups: the treatment group and the control group. Each group has 30 cases.There were no significant differences(P0.05)in sex,age,course, gastroscoptic and pathological changes between two groups. The treatment group was given Jianwei Xiaozhang Mixture,whereas the control group was given Moluodan. Both groups were treated for 6 months. Then observed the symptoms, Symptom scores, gastroscopy and pathological changes.Result: (1) The curative effect of symptoms: the treatment group was better(P0.05)than the control group. (2) Symptom scores: there were no significant difference(P0.05)before treatment, but a significant difference(p0.01)after treatment, and the treatment group was better(P0.05)than the control group.
