摘要加味芍药甘草汤对大鼠末端病的实验研究摘要目的：通过加味芍药甘草汤治疗造模大鼠跟腱末端病的临床疗效，进一步观察 造模大鼠跟腱末端病的生理病理变化，验证加味芍药甘草汤对于治疗跟腱末端病的 科学性和严密性。方法:（1）应用电刺激仪对大鼠进行造模。（2）对造模成功的大 鼠末端病模型进行中药灌胃，同时对照组进行生理盐水灌胃。（3）应用 TUNEL 方 法进行凋亡细胞的检测，计算出凋亡指数，进行统计学分析比较。结果：将 3 组大鼠进行凋亡细胞检测，发现 3 组大鼠都有不同程度的凋亡细胞，但生理盐水组凋亡 细胞最多，正常组的凋亡细胞最少，中药组的凋亡细胞呈现减少的趋势，将盐水组、 中药组与正常组对比，通过计算凋亡指数，统计分析，得出 P 值。结论: (1)中药加味 芍药甘草汤能减少大鼠末端病的凋亡细胞，减轻大鼠跟腱末端病的病理损害。（2） 造模成功的大鼠跟腱末端病凋亡细胞增加，中药加味芍药甘草汤能够抑制大鼠跟腱 细胞的凋亡，可以起到对大鼠跟腱组织的保护作用。关键词：末端病；中药治疗；细胞凋亡；凋亡指数新疆医科大学医学硕士学位论文Research Of Jia Wei Shao Yao Gan Cao Decoction On Enthesiopathy In Wistar RatsABSTRACTObjectives: Peony licorice Decoction through the treatment of animals with the key model of the end of the clinical efficacy and further observation model Achilles tendon end of the physiological and pathological changes, the certification Modified peony Decoction Achilles tendon for the treatment of terminal patients and the scientific nature of the tightness of .Methods : (1)use electricity stimulates the meter to carry on to the big mouse makes traces.
