摘 要本设计包括三个部分：一般部分、专题部分和翻译部分。 一般部分为万t新井设计共10章：1.矿区概述及井田地质特征2.井田境界和储量3.矿井工作制度设计生产能力服务年限4.井田开拓5.准备方式-区巷道布置6.采煤方法7.井下运输8.矿井提升9.矿井通风与安全技术10.矿井技术经济指标。煤矿位于省市km，南北宽约5.7km，勘探面积约48.1km2。井田内可采煤层为二23.5m，倾角平均8.2°，为缓倾斜煤层。井田内工业储量为26657.71万t，可采储量为19870.2万t，矿井服务年限为a。矿井平均涌水量为180 m3/h，相对瓦斯涌出量为2.0m3/t，属低瓦斯矿井；煤尘无爆炸性危险，无自燃发火倾向；地温29～30双开拓－660m800m。前期采用中央并列式通风，后期采用两翼对角式通风。一矿一面，矿井采用倾斜长壁综合机械化采煤法，一次采全高。煤炭运输，辅助运输采用。 矿井年工作日为30 d，工作制度 “三八”。专题部分题目是。翻译部分关于Research and practice of unmanned mining face with full mechanized plow。 关键词：立井；带区；一次采全高 ABSTRACT This design can be divided into three sections: general design, monographic study and translation of an academic paper. The general design is about a 2.4 Mt/a new underground mine design of Chengjiao coal mine. It contains ten chapters: 1.overview and the geographical features of the mining field; 2.boundary and reserves of the mining field; 3.working system, designed mine capacity and mine life; 4.development of mining field; 5.preparation in strip district; 6.coal mining method; 7.underground conveying; 8.mine exaltation; 9.mine ventilation and safety technology; 10.the basic technical and economic index. Chengjiao coal mine lies in Yongcheng, Henan province. The boundary of the mine field runs 5.7km from north to south and 8.5km from west to east on average. The total plane area of the mine is about 48.1km2. There is only one exploring layer--number two. Its average thickness of the seam is 3.5m and it’s stable and flatly inclined. Its dip angle is 8.2 degree on average. The industry reserves of the mine field are 266.57 million tons and the useable reserves are 198.70 million tons. The service life is 63.69 years. The average inflow rate in Chengjiao mine is 180 m3/h. It is a lower gassy mine. The coal dust doesn’t have explosion hazard as well as the self-combustion tendency. This mine adopts vertical shaft development with two mining level (the first development level is located at the -660m, and the second is at the level of -800m.)and exhau
