B超检查分析孕囊大小与月经周期的关系 【摘要】 目的: 探讨孕囊大小与月经周期的关系。方法: 108例月经周期较规律的妇女根据月经周期分为A组（20～27 d）、B组（28～30 d）、C组(31～40 d)3组，采用B超检测孕囊直径，以停经天数与月经周期之差作为自变量X，孕囊直径作为应变量Y，作回归方程，分析3组孕囊大小与停经天数及月经周期的关系。结果：A、B、C 3组直线回归方程分别为： =4.437 8+1.039 4X、=4.911 8+1.015 1X、 =4.194 0+1.053 1X，平均为：=4.516 0+1.035 8X，各组及平均孕囊大小与停经天数及月经周期密切相关（r分别为0.897 9、0.961 2、0.958 9、0.949 2， P0.01）,孕囊平均直径（mm）=(停经天数-月经周期)+5。结论：在一个规律的月经周期内，月经周期长者其受孕时间相应推后，月经周期短者其受孕时间相应提前。 【关键词】 B超　孕囊　月经周期 Check and analyse the relationship between the gestational sac time of pregnancy and the menstrual cycle using BMode Ultrasongraphy LUO Mei， LIU Siyi， PU Ting Department of Ultrasound， Fu Kang Hospital， Xinjiang 831500， China Abstract： Objective： To investigate the relationship between the gestational sac and the menstrual cycle using ultrasonography. Methods: One hundred and eight cases of regular menstrual cycle women are divided into A, B, C three groups (A from 20 to 27 days, B from 28 to 30 days, C from 31 to 40 days) according to the menstrual cycle. B Mode Ultrasonography was used to measure the diameter of the gestational sac,the days of stopping menstruation minusing menstrual cycle are considered to be X changing automaticaly, the diameter of the gestational sac as Y changing based on X, with X and Y, make tropic equations. Results: After analysing the relationship between the gestational sac time of pregnancy,the days of stopping menstruation and the menstrual cycle, the tropic equations of A, B and C groups are separately =4.437 8+1.039 4X;=4.911 8+1.015 1X;=4.194 0+1.0531X,Its average diameter is =4.516 0+1.035 8X. Each average is closely related to the days of stopping menstruation and menstrual cycle (r=0.897 9, 0.961 2, 0.958 9, 0.949 2， P0.01). The average diameter of the gestational sac equals the days of stopping menstruation minus menstrual cycle plus 5. Conclusion： Within a regular menstrual cycle， if it is long， its time of pregnancy is put off and if it is short， its time of pregnancy is ahead of time. Key words： B
