临床分析剖宫产率上升率的特点 作者：卢俊 樊彩琴 【摘要】 目的 探讨剖宫产率上升的原因，寻找降低剖宫产率的有效方案。方法总结分析2004—2010年剖宫产的病历资料，并与同期自然分娩组进行对照，采用随机抽样取材法。结果 6年平均剖宫产率为52.5%，以社会因素为指征的剖宫产率占首位，明显高于 WHO提出的不大于15%的目标。结论 正确掌握剖宫产指征，不断提高产科医生的技术水平，降低剖宫产率，保护妇女的身心健康。 【关键词】 剖宫产 剖宫产率 社会因素 指征 【Abstract】 Objective〖WTBZ〗 Explore the reasons for the increase rate of cesarean section to find effective programs to reduce the cesarean section rate.
