中国地质大学长城学院 本 科 毕 业 设 计 题目用立式镗床加工箱体盖两平行孔的 工装设计 系 别 工程技术系 专 业 机械设计制造及其自动化 学生姓名 学 号 指导教师 职 称 高工 2015年 4 月 30 日 摘 要 箱体类零件一直是整个机器的及其部件的基础件，它保证了内部各个零件如：轴、轴承、齿轮等完美契合成一个整体，实现整个机械体的运作。所以，箱体盖的加工质量也很大情况影响着整个机器的运行，从而影响机器的工作精度，零件的性能和寿命。机械行业箱体类零件一直是德国、日本等机械大国技术较为先进，而中国的机械行业起步晚，50年代才机械行业才开始，经验和技术方面都和发达国家有很大的差距。在保证了箱体质量和精度的条件下，也要保证箱体上一系列相对位置精度要求较高的孔系的的精度。而孔系按位置关系又可分为平行孔系、同轴孔系和交叉孔系。在各种箱体加工要求下，又数平行孔系应用得最多,加工精度要求也变得越来越高。 本课题是“用立式镗床加工箱体盖两平行孔的工装设计”，设计主要介绍了箱体盖的设计、材料的选择还有工艺要求，通过设计出合适的工装并能成功的安装在立式镗床上，再考虑经济价值和效率条件下，能成功且效率的加工好平行孔。 关键词：箱体盖； 平行孔系； 工装 全套图纸加 ABSTRACT Box part has been the basis for the entire machine parts and components, which guarantees within the various parts such as: shafts, bearings, gears and other perfectly fit into a whole, to achieve the mechanical operation of the entire body.
