本文研究的主要内容和目标是针对球形压头和柱形压头作用下多种单层硬质涂层和多层硬质涂层的表面和膜基结合面上的接触应力,基于大型有限元软件ANSYS建立接触模型进行有限元分析,详细探讨不同弹性模量比、泊松比、摩擦系数μ及厚度比等参数对涂层基体接触应力场分布的影响,为硬质涂层的正确优化设计提供理论指导。为了给仿真模拟计算提供依据,对DLC、TiAlN、TiN、CrN薄膜进行了结合力测量实验和摩擦磨损实验,随着涂层的弹性模量的增大,膜基结合力也随之增大;在涂层表面与压头接触时,各自涂层的稳态摩擦力大小是CrNTiNDLCTiAlN,这为之后的仿真模拟计算提供了有力依据。对单层涂层结合强度测试模型进行有限元设计及分析,得到在柱压头和球压头作用下弹性模量、泊松比、摩擦系数对涂层结构表面和膜基接触面上切应力和压应力的影响趋势;并将模拟计算结果与实验所得数据进行了对比,验证了其可信性。对双层涂层结合强度测试模型进行有限元设计及分析,得到在球压头作用下不同厚度比和不同表面涂层对双层涂层结构表面和膜基接触面上切应力和压应力的影响趋势。论文的最后对本文工作进行了总结,并提出了需要继续深入研究的一些问题,对本领域的工作进行了展望。关键词:有限元分析,应力场,摩擦磨损,硬质涂层,ANSYS,球柱压头。ABSTRACTThesuperficialstressofthehardcoatingsandtheinterfacialstressbetweensubstratesandcoatingswerestudiedinthispaper.Thesingleandmultilayerhardcoatingswerestudiedundertheactionsofthesphericalindenterandcylinderindenterrespectively,andthecontactmodelforfiniteelementanalysiswasestablishedbasedonthefiniteelementsoftwareANSYS.Theinfluenceofdifferentparameterssuchaselasticmodulusratio,Poissonsratio,frictioncoefficientμandthethicknessratioofcoatingonthedistributionofthecontactstressarediscussed.Theresultofthisworkwillprovidetheoreticalguidanceforthecorrectoptimizationdesign.Inordertoprovideabasisforthesimulationcalculation,DLC,TiAlN,TiNandCrNfilmswerechosenforthebondingforcemeasurementexperimentandfrictionandwearexperiment.Thefilmadhesiongetshigherwiththeelasticmodulusofcoatingsincreasing.Whentheheadcontactwiththecoatingsurface,thequantitysizeorderofsteadyfrictiononeachcoatingisCrNDLCTiNTiAlN,thisresultprovidesastrongbasisforthecalculationlater.Thebondingstrengthtestmodelofsinglelayercoatingwasdesignedandthenthefiniteelementanalysiswascalculated,atlastthevariationtrendsofshearstressandpressurestresswhichwereonthecoatingsurfaceandthesurfacethatbetweensubstrateandcoatingwereconcluded.Thesetrendswereinfluencedbyelasticmodulusratio,Poissonsratio,frictioncoefficientμofdifferentcoatings;Thecredibilityofsimulationresultswasverifiedbycomparingwiththeexperimentdata.Thebondingstrengthtestmodelofmultilayerlayercoatingwasdesignedandthenthefinitee
