基于组态软件的锅炉监控系统
摘 要
本次设计以力控组态软件实时检测锅炉温度与液位控制系统为背景，主要内容利用北三维力控科技ForceContr-ol6.1设计锅炉温度与液位监控系统，在上位机上显示每个控制系统的结果，并可以对比实时温度与液位曲线和设定曲线。本文首先说明了自己对锅炉等元器件的认识并对锅炉的控制系统做了简单的介绍，然后又对整个系统做了介绍。其中重点阐述了ForceControl6.1组态软件，以及各个元器件的作用，整个系统各个模块的功能与作用。同时对组态软件做了详细说明，介绍了如何绘制组态图和动画的连接，然后又对该系统做了仿真演练，用仿真来实现锅炉温度与液位的检测功能，经过多次实践和不断的改善从而完成了整个毕业设计。

Boiler monitoring system based on configuration software
ABSTRACT
