This paper presents the components and working principle of the system, and emphasizes the synchronization characteristics of the auto ignition equipment and response time test meter of the system. The response time of different ultraviolet fire detectors was tested by the system. The results show that the design of the response time test system of fire detector is feasible and it avoids the measuring error caused by the asynchronous operation in traditional response time test method.
