ABSTRACTAsanimportantpartofthecollegestudents,highervocationalgraduatesarealsoanimportanthumanresourcesupportofsocio-economicdevelopmentinChina.However,comparedwithcollegegraduatesandvocationalgraduates,thepressureonemploymentforhighervocationalgraduatesisgreater,andtheemploymentproblemismoreprominent.Tofindouttheexistingproblemsofhighervocationalgraduatesemployment,enhancethecompetitivenessofthegraduatesinemployment,isthekeytoenhanceourcountrysoccupationeducationattraction,andpromotethehealthydevelopmentofeconomyandsociety.Basedontheinvestigationandinductionoftheresearchstatusonemploymentofhighervocationalgraduatesathomeandabroad,graduatesofvocationalcollegesinHebeiProvincearechoseastheobjectofstudy.Questionnairesurveysanddiscussionvisitsareconductedontheoverallsituationofemployment,levelofwage,natureoftheemploymentunit,promotion,professioncounterparts,stabilityofemployment,andjobsatisfaction.TheresultsshowthattheemploymentsituationofhighervocationalgraduatesinHebeiprovinceissevere,andthequalityofemploymentandemploymentstabilityneedstobeimproved.What’smore,therearealsootherproblemssuchasemploymentdiscriminationandemploymentinformationcommunicationchannelisinsufficientunobstructed.Especiallythehighervocationalgraduatesfromruralregionareinavulnerablestatusinemployment.Thisstudysuggeststhat,theultimatecausesoftheproblemsintheemploymentofhighervocationalgraduatesaremainlysocialcognitivedeviation,ingraineddiscriminationonhighervocationaleducation,talenthighconsumption,malpracticeinthecurrentpolicysystemandemploymentinformationchannelsareinsufficientunobstructed.Thus,employmentguidanceserviceforhighervocationalgraduatesneedsfurtherimprovement.ThisstudyproposescountermeasuresandsuggestionstoimprovetheemploymentsituationofhighervocationalgraduatesinHebeiprovince.Firstly,thegovernmentshouldtoinnovateonthesocialmanagementsystem,improvethemarket-orientedemploymentmechanism,strengthenthesupervisionofthelabormarketandcontinuetoincreaseinputineducation.Secondly,thehighervocation
