摘要激光二极管抽运的Tm,Ho:YLF固体激光器具有以下优点：光束质量好、寿命长、性能稳定、高效率、结构紧凑，而且输出波长在2μm波段、大气传输透过性能好。正因为LD抽运的2μm固体激光器的重要应用价值和广阔应用前景，目前已被广泛应用在科研、医疗、军事、工业等领域。因此，研究激光二极管抽运2μm固体激光器的输出特性在激光与非线性光学领域具有重要意义。在基本理论方面，本文首先阐述了固体激光器的空间烧孔效应；接下来阐述了Tm,Ho激光器的光学双稳基本理论，主要包括：光学双稳态的概念、Tm,Ho激光器的光学双稳机制、Tm,Ho激光器双稳速率方程组、Tm,Ho激光器稳态双稳数值计算。本文主要对激光二极管端面抽运Tm,Ho:YLF激光器和Tm,Ho:LuLF激光器的多模连续输出特性进行了实验研究与理论分析。研究了激光器的重要参数对激光器输出特性和双稳特性的影响。所研究的激光器重要参数包括：谐振腔长度、晶体温度、模式匹配、输出镜透过率。所研究的输出特性和双稳特性包括：输出功率、上阈值、下阈值、双稳区宽度、上跳变量、下跳变量。本论文得出的结论，有助于进一步理解激光器重要参数对激光器输出特性的影响，以便根据实际需求优化激光器的参数，获得相应的最佳输出，更好的被人们所利用。关键词：激光二极管；Tm,Ho共掺晶体；输出特性；实验研究AbstractLaserdiodepumpedTm,Hosolidstatelaserhasmanyadvantagessuchasgoodbeamquality,longlife,reliableperformance,highefficiency,compactsize.Itsoutputwavelengthisat2μmwaveband,andatmospherictransmissionperformanceisgood.AsLDpumped2μmsolidstatelaserhasimportantapplicationvalueandbroadapplicationprospects,itiswidelyusedinscientificresearch,medical,military,industryandsoon.SotheresearchonLDpumped2μmsolidstatelaseroutputcharacteristicsisveryimportantinlaserandnonlinearopticsfield.Thespatialhole-burningeffectisfirstexplainedinthisdissertation.ThentheTm,Holaseropticalbistabilitybasictheoryisexplained,whichmainlyincludes:theconceptofopticalbistability,themechanismofTm,Holaseropticalbistability,Tm,Holaseropticalbistabilityrateequationmodel,thenumericalcalculationofTm,Holasersteadystatebistabilityoutputcharacteristics.Inthisdissertation,theLDend-pumpedTm,Ho:YLFlaserandTm,Ho:LuLFlasermultimodecontinuous-waveoutputcharacteristicsismainlyresearchedinexperimentandanalyzedintheory.Theinfluencesoflaserimportantparametersonlaseroutputandbistabilitycharacteristicsareresearched.Thelaserimportantparametersincluderesonantcavitylength,crystaltemperature,modematching,outputcouplertransmission.Theoutputandbistabilitycharacteristicsincludeoutputpower,on-threshold,off-threshold,bistabilityregionwidth,up-jumppower,down-jumppower.Theconclusionsarehelpfultofurtherunderstandtheinfluencesoflaserimportantparametersonoutputcharacteristics,optimi
