游泳池使用须知 SWIMMING POOL ETIQUETTE POLICIES 1. Please wear slippers around the pool and use the foot wash bath. 请在进入泳区前更换拖鞋，经过消毒池后方可进入游泳池。 2. Soap and water shower required before entering pools. 请在进入游泳池前淋浴。 3. No spitting or sneezing in or around the pool area. 游泳池内外禁止吐 、擤鼻涕。 4. No food or beverage allowed in the pool. 下水游泳请勿携带食物及饮品。 5. Glass and China materials are not allowed in the pool area. 游泳池内禁止携带玻璃器皿。 6. No running. 请勿奔跑。 7. No diving. 请勿跳水。 8. Proper swimming attire (no cut off short or T- shirt) to be worn at all times including swimming cap. 请穿着适当的泳衣和泳帽。（请勿穿着暴露或穿T恤衫） 9. No hard things allowed in the pool. 请勿携带硬质器具进入游泳池。 11. Do not swim after consumption alcohol. 酒后请勿下水。 12. Persons with communicable diseases and open sores \ severe cardiopathy and hypertension are not permitted in or around the pool area. 有传染性疾病或开发式伤口者、严重心脏病、高血压者禁止进入游泳池。 13. Swimming pool may be closed for our specialty classes without prior notice. 在无预先通知的情况下，由于水中健美操课程游泳池可能关闭。 * Violation of health club rules can lead to cancellation of membership * 严重违反健身中心规定将导致取消会籍 蒸汽、桑拿房使用须知 STEAM AND SAUNA ROOM SAFETY 1. Please wear proper footwear. 请穿适当的鞋。 2. Personal grooming (shaving / dyeing / waxing ) is prohibited. 请勿在蒸汽、桑拿房内修饰 （剃须、染发或脱毛）。 3. No usage of any foreign chemical and cosmetics (I.E. milk, honey, menthol base product, massage oil or mint leaves etc.) 严禁使用化学品及美容用品（按摩油,薄荷叶,牛奶或者蜂蜜等）。 4. Spiting is not allowed 出于卫生原因，请不要在蒸汽、桑拿房内吐痰。 5. Exercising and Reading materials are not allowed in the steam and sauna rooms. 请勿在蒸汽、桑拿房内阅读、锻炼。 6. All glass containers are prohibited. 房间内严禁携带玻璃器皿。 7. Elderly persons, pregnant women, and those with health conditions requiring medical care should consult with a physician before entering the steam and sauna room.
