AbstractTheBi3TiTaO9ceramicisbismuthlayer-structuredceramic.Suchceramichaslowdielectricparameters,highMechanicalqualityfactor,highCurietemperatureandChemicallystable.RareearthionsHo3+andYb3+duetoitsspecialelectronicshellstructurecanbeastheupconversionluminescenceactivatorandsensitizer.ThispaperstudiestherareearthHo3+/Yb3+thedopedBi3TiTaO9ceramicsonconversionluminescenceproperties,aswellastheferroelectricandpiezoelectricproperties.Inthispaper,thesolid-phasesinteringisusedtopreparationrareearthHo3+/Yb3+thedopingBi3TiTaO9ceramics.ApplicationofXRD,SEMandothercharacterizationmethods,toimprovetheexperimentalconditions,topreparequalityBi3TiTaO9ceramic.ThenwebegintostudyconversionluminescencepropertiesofrareearthHo3+/Yb3+thedopedBi3TiTaO9ceramics.Testfluorescencespectrum,980nmexcitationlightexcitationcanbeobservedthattherearethreelightemittingpeakinthevisibleandnear-infraredregion.Afteranalysis,respectively,correspondingtothetransition5S2→5I8,5F5→5I8transition5I4→5I8orthe5S2→5I7transition,thiskandofceramiccanbeachievedupconversionluminescence.Then,westudytherareearthionconcentrationofluminousintensity,discoveredthephenomenonofconcentrationquenching,andgreenandredintensityratiodecreaseswiththeconcentration.Inaddition,theemissionleveloflifewasmeasuredandfounditslifewasinthemicrosecondrange.ViameasuringtheRelationshipofLaserpowerandLuminousintensitycanbedrawnthreeemissionpeaksarethetwo-photonprocess.Finally,theupconversionluminescencemechanismwereanalyzed.ThenwebegintostudytheferroelectricandpiezoelectricpropertiesofrareearthHo3+/Yb3+thedopedBi3TiTaO9ceramics.Inordertoanalyzethenatureoftheceramic,wemeasuredelectromechanicalcouplingcoefficient,piezoelectricconstant,ferroelectrichysteresisloops.Andwestudytheimpactofpolarizationonthelight-emittingproperties.Keywords:Ho3+/Yb3+,Bi3TiTaO9ceramic,upconversionluminescence,polarization目录摘要.......................................................................................................................IABSTRACT.....................
