AbstractEnteringthe21st-century,theeconomyinChinacontinuestodevelop,itsGDPgrowsconstantly.However,enteringintotheseconddecadesinthe21st-century,ithasbecomeasocialissuethattheemploymentofcollegegraduatesarehardtofindtheirjobs.Thekeytoimprovingtheiremploymentabilityistoimprovetheprofessionalskillssoastomeetthedemandsofenterprises.ITisverysuitableforcollegegraduatestochooseasajob,foritisaprofessionalskillthathasdevelopedquicklyandisalargedemandfortheenterprises.Beforeahistoricalopportunitylikethis,ITtrainingindustryhasagoodmarketprospectwhiletakingahugeresponsibilityofthesociety.ITtrainingindustryprospersinthecenter-citieswheretherearestudentsinlargenumbers;thecompetitionamongtraininginstituteshasbeenbecomingintensifiedgradually.BasedonaregionalmarketinHeilongjiangprovince,HYIThasbothopportunitiesandchallengesfromthechangingmarket.ItisakeytosurvivalanddevelopmentthathowtomakeagoodmarketingstrategyforHYITtraininginstitutefacingfiercecompetitionintheregionalmarketinHeilongjiangprovince.TheanalysisofthisthesismeansalottoHYITtraininginstitute.Thisthesis,firstly,analyzedthecurrentmarketingsituationofHYITtraininginstitute,thenmacromarketsituationandindustrialsituation,andtheadvantagesanddisadvantagesheldbyHYITitselfaswellasopportunitiesandthreatsfacingHYIT.Throughtheanalysisabove,HYIThasbroughtupthemarketingproblemsitfaces.Thisanalysisthenhasdivideditsmarketfurther,hasdetermineditstargetmarketsandbroughtupitsmarketingtargetobjectivelyaswellasthemarketingmixstrategycomprisingproductstrategy,pricestrategy,placestrategyandpromotionstrategybasedonthemarketingmixstrategyandmarkingmanagementtheoryandcombinedwiththetruesituationfacedbyHYIT.Inordertoensurethatthemarketingmixstrategycanbecarriedoutsmoothly,thisthesishasbroughtupdetailedsuggestionsabouttheimplementationforthemarketingorganizationreform,thefoundingofthemarketingstandardizationsystem,thetrainingandencouragementforthemarketingteamandthecontrolofthemarketingmanagement.Basedonthemarketingstrategyandmarketingmanagementtheor
