摘要近年来，借助 IC 卡技术的移动支付业务开始兴起，各种 IC 卡充斥着人们的生活，大量卡片的携带开始成为负担，市场对一卡多用的需求快速增长。2011 年，中国人民银行发布《中国人民银行关于推进金融 IC 卡应用工作的意见》开启了我国金融 IC 卡时代。随着 PBOC3.0 规范的发布，扩展应用功能的加入，极大提升了金融 IC 卡在地铁、公交等公共服务领域一卡多用的能力和优势。然而，当下却还没有一种便捷的方式，使得不同的服务提供商可以快速地接入到金融 IC 卡扩展应用中并提供相应的服务，这便是本文所要解决的问题。本文首先研究了以 Java Card 为代表的智能卡相关技术及其特点，研究了 Java Card 的系统结构、文件结构以及信息交互的方式，并对近场通讯技术与 DES 加密技术进行了研究，然后对 PBOC3.0 扩展应用规范进行了深入的研究，包括扩展应用个人化的要求、扩展应用安全性的要求和卡片扩展应用指令，最后基于上述研究结果，创造性地设计出一套针对金融 IC 卡扩展应用的金融 IC 卡可信服务管理平台框架，并对该框架进行了实现。本文的主要工作及贡献有：1.研究并设计出基于金融 IC 卡扩展应用的具有应用管理功能、安全管理功能、卡片管理功能以及用户体系管理功能的金融 IC 卡可信服务管理平台框架；2.通过一个实际项目对该平台框架的具体实现进行描述；3. 接入实际的服务提供商并运用于现实生活，验证了该平台框架设计的有效性。关键词：金融 IC 卡，扩展应用，可信服务管理ABSTRACTIn recent years, with the development of mobile payment business in virtue of the technology of IC card , all kinds of IC cards filled with peoples lives, carrying a large number of card started to become a burden, the demand for one card with multi-purpose is rapidly growing within the market. In 2011, the Peoples Bank of China started the financial IC card era with issuing the working advice of the Peoples Bank of China on promoting the application of financial IC card. With the publishing of the PBOC3.0 specification, and the attending of the extension application, the financial IC card have greatly enhanced the ability and advantage of one card with multi-purpose in public services such as subway, bus and so on. However, there is no convenient way to allow the service providers in different industries to get access to the extension application of financial IC card and serve people rapidly. That is which problem this thesis would solve.In this thesis, the author firstly studies the related technology and characteristic of Java Card with the structure of Java Card system, the structure of the files in Java Card and the interaction of informations. Secondly, it comes to the near field communication technology and DES encryption technology. And then, the author makes a deep research on the PBOC3.0 specification,
