鄯善联合站采油污水余热回收利用 Sewage waste heat recycling of oil production about Shanshan combined treatment station 张春峰 Zhang Chunfeng （吐哈油田鄯善采油厂 新疆鄯善火车站镇 838202） (Shanshan Oil Production Plant Tuha Oilfield Company, the railway station Town in shanshan county, xinjiang uygur autonomous region .838202) 作者简介：张春峰，1993年毕业于江汉石油学院安全工程专业，工程师，现任鄯善采油厂安全副总监，从事安全环保管理。联系方式：邮箱：zhchf662@163.com；通信地址： 新疆鄯善县火车站镇吐哈油田鄯善采油厂，邮编838202。 【摘 要】：污水水源热泵冷热水机组是一种可以利用人工再生水源（工业废水、地热尾水）的即可供热又可制冷的高效节能空调系统。鄯善联合站污水处理站现每天污水处理量为2700m3左右，这部分污水蕴含可利用的热量1936KW左右，热量未经利用直接回注地层，造成大量的热资源浪费。根据对采油厂可回收余热的调查分析，我们引进了污水余热利用的水源热泵装置，替代现有的生活点采暖加热炉和分体式空调，每年可节约资金17万元。余热利用技术的运用大大降低了矿物能源的使用，为国家的节能减排做出了贡献。从前景上看，随着国家的重视和政策的倾斜，并考虑到余热利用的节能环保和经济 效益，能够在各类污水处理装置中推广应用。 Abstract: water source heat pump Cold\hot water unit is a kind of energy-efficient air conditioner which can supply heat and Refrigeration by utilizing artificial reclaimed water (industrial wastewater、geothermal tail water).The sewage treatment substation of Shanshan joint treatment station has a Volume of wastewater treatment 2700m3 around every day，This part of the sewage Contains the available heat 1936KW，it caused tremendous amounts of resource waste if the heat reinject formation directly without the beneficial application of it. According to the investigation and analysis of recycled waste heat in Shanshan oil production plant in tuha oilfield company, we introduced water source heat pump unit of the sewage waste heat utilization , replace existing the heating furnace and split-type air conditioner in life site, it can save capital of 170000 yuan per year. the Technology of sewage waste heat utilization greatly reduce consumption of mineral energy,it will have made great contribution to energy conservation and emission reduction for our nation. As the country attaching importance to it and preferential policy in the future, the people take account of the value of energy conservation and environmental protection and economic benefit in sewage waste heat utilization,
