Meth ds: Comp ring different org nic solvents ( eth nol, ethyl ce t te, dimethylsulfox ide, chlor oform, tw een 80 nd f t emulsion injection) for inhibitive effect on ov ri n c ncer cell SKOV3 pr olifer tion w ith MT T ss y nd observing the color of drugs tested interfering the r e sults of MT T ss y. Result: Over 10% eth nol nd ethyl cet te, 5% DM SO, 20% chloroform nd ny concentr tion of tw een 80 h ve very strong cytotox icity for SKOV3 cells. The inhibiting effect of SKOV3 grow th w s gr du lly incre sed w ith incre sing or g nic solvents concentr tion. F t emulsion injection is good solvent for the cells. When its concentr tion getting higher th n 50%, it did not seem to c use ny signific nt ch nge. The interference of tw een 80 w s very serious nd it w s not fit for ntitumor gents i n v i tr o scr eening. It w s found th t the color of drugs tested ( polyte phenol, scutell rein, ADM) c used r el tively signific nt incre se in bsorb nce v lues, resulting in the MT T ss y giving rise to f lse results ( un true incr e se in vi bility) .
