摘要摘要人口老龄化问题已经成为一个全球共同关注的社会问题。第六次人口普查结果显示，我国老龄化程度已进一步加快。河北省在2000年就已进入老龄化时期，人口年龄结构变动较为领先。随着老龄化进程的加快，人口老龄化已在多方面影响着经济的发展。本文通过对河北省城乡居民消费与本省老龄化情况的相关分析，了解河北省人口老龄化对区域消费的水平及对消费结构各方面的影响，从而为扩大内需、老龄产业的发展、老年社会保障体系完善以及城镇化的建设提供一定的理论支撑和相关对策建议，为全国以及其他区域应对人口老龄化提供一定的借鉴。本文首先对河北省老龄化的现状进行了定量描述，从老年人口增长速度、抚养比系数、老龄人口分布城乡差异等方面分析河北省老龄化的特点，进而对河北省的人口老龄化趋势进行了预测；其次，以凯恩斯经典消费函数为基础，加入老龄化因素，分析老年抚养比对城镇和农村消费水平的关系。选取1998-2012年的河北省城镇和农村老龄人口抚养比、城镇和农村人均消费、人均收入作为模型数据，利用Eview6.0软件对抚养比与消费水平进行单位根检验、Johansen协整检验，分析城镇人口老龄与城镇居民消费、农村人口老龄化与农村居民消费的影响，得出之间的长期均衡关系和协整方程。在长期内，城镇老年抚养比与城镇居民消费水平呈同向变动，城镇老年抚养比变动1%，城镇居民人均消费会向同向的方向变动0.235705%；农村老年抚养比与农村消费水平反向向变动，农村老年人口抚养比每变动1%，农村居民人均消费反向变动2.474093%。加入老年抚养比因素的模型中，城镇人均收入和农村人均收入与人均消费都是同向变动，对人均消费的变动影响分别0.948749%和1.74384%。在得出老龄化对城乡居民人均消费水平的影响后，运用灰色关联度分析方法，分析了老龄化分别对城镇居民和农村居民的各类消费品支出之间的关联度，揭示了老龄化对消费结构的影响；在综合实证结论后总结了当前老龄化与河北省城乡居民消费间存在的问题，最后，针对分析的结果提出了相关政策性建议。关键词老龄化消费水平消费结构协整分析灰色关联度分析AbstractAbstractAgingpopulationissue,whichgainsglobalconcerns,hasbecomeasocialproblem.TheresultsinthesixthpopulationcensusshowthatthelevelofagingpopulationinChinahitsthehistorichighduringtherecentdecades.HebeiProvincehadenteredagingperiodin2000butthechangeofagestructureismoreahead.ForHebeiprovince,agingperiodhascomeintheyearof2000,whilemoreaheadisthechangingofagestructure.Theaccelerationoftheagingprocessinfluencestheeconomicdevelopmentinmanyways.Basedonthecorrelationanalysisbetweenthesituationofagingpopulationandtheconsumptionlevelofurbanandruralresidents,thisarticletriestorevealtheimpactsofagingpopulationonthelevel,aswellasthestructureofconsumptioninonearea.Firstly,wehaveaquantitativedescriptionabouttheagingstatusinHebeiProvince.Relyingonthegrowingrate,theratioofdependencyandthedistributiondifferenceofelderlypeople,wecanmakeapredictiononthetrendofagingpopulationinHebeiprovince.Secondly,onthebasisoftheclassicKeynesianconsumptionfunction,weaddtheagingpopulationasafactor,inordertoanalyzetheimpactofelderlydependencyratioonurbanandruralconsumptionlevels.Iusetheagingpopulationdependencyratiofrom1998to2012,theda
