中建一局集团物流成本控制研究 摘 要 随着社会、经济的变化以及科学技术、管理方法的发展，企业物流成本管理 手段也发生了变化，新企业内外部环境对物流成本管理提出了新的要求。将现代 化信息管理方法与物流成本管理理念以及企业的实际情况相结合，高效的使用企 业物流成本信息，从而适应新环境和新形势的要求，提高企业的竞争能力。 物流成本特性决定了物流成本控制是一项复杂的系统工程。本文首先对物流 成本基本概念进行阐述，从中建一局集团物流过程引出其物流成本控制现状。其 次通过对中建一局集团物流成本的考察，分析其材料采购、运输、库存保管和施 工现场四个物流环节的成本控制问题。最后针对以上存在的问题进行研究，提出 相应的成本控制建议。 关键词: 中建一局集团，物流成本，控制对策 II 中建一局集团物流成本控制研究 Abstract With the social and economic changes as well as science and technology, management development, business logistics cost management tools have also changed, the new external environment for enterprise management of the logistics costs of the new requirements.
