致生态环境恶化，得不偿失。这一区域应该发展特色农业与旅游业，着重保护和改善生态环境，不必追求所谓的“协调发展”。通过分析临汾市城镇化与生态安全水平，可知其未来的发展必须走环境保护与城镇化发展相协调的道路，实现二者的相辅相成、相互促进。而实现这一目标的前提是明确城镇化效益与生态环境效益相互转化的机制，以及城市所处的发展状态。为明确城市的发展状态，本文构建了城镇化与生态环境平衡模型，当平衡线与约束线相交时，城市规模与环境容量处于平衡状态。该模型目前只停留在理论阶段，还有待进一步实证检验。【关键词】临汾市城镇化生态环境协调发展城镇化与生态环境平衡模型【论文类型】应用基础Title：StudyonCoordinatedDevelopmentofUrbanizationandEco-environmentinLinfenCityMajor：AdministrationName：BaiJingeSignature：Supervisor：LiJinlingSignature：AbstractIn2011，Linfen’sGDPranked6thinShanxiprovince.Theinfrastructurefacilitiesstilllaggedbehindthenearbycapitalcity.Atpresent,theprimarytaskofLinfenistoimproveurbanization.Butitalwaysbringsgreatpressuretothelocalenvironmentandcausedamages.Intheprocessofurbanization,Linfenconfrontswithseverechallengesonissuesofecologicalsecurity.Intheprocessofdevelopment,Linfenshouldbalancetherelationshipbetweenurbandevelopmentandnaturalenvironment.Inordertoevaluatethelevelofurbanizationandecologicalsecurity,Iestablishedtheindexsystemofurbanizationandeco-environment.Theentropymethodandanalytichierarchyprocessareusedtogiveweight.Onthebasis,IcalculateLinfen’sevaluationindexesofeco-environmentandurbanizationfrom2000to2011,andtheircoordinateddevelopmentindex,thenanalyzeitsdevelopment.Byanalysiswecanseethatalthoughtheindexesofeco-environmentandurbanizationaregrowing,theoveralldevelopmentlevelisrelativelylow.Andcomparestothetarget,therearestillsomegaps,especiallytheurbanizationprocess.TheurbanizationindexesofLinfenareclosetotheeco-environmentindexes,andthecoordinationlevelisprettyhigh.Butthishighlevelcoordinationisbasedonboththeurbanizationindexesandtheecologicalenvironmentindexesarelow.Inthefuture,Linfenmustincreasethelevelofoveralldevelopmentofurbanizationandecology,torealizecoordinationofcitydevelopmentandenvironmentalsafety.Usingthesameway,thisthesisbudgetsforthelevelofurbanizationevaluationindex,theharmoniousdegreeofecologicalenvironmentevaluationindex,harmoniousdevelopmentindexof17citiesandcountiesunderthejurisdictionofLinfenin2011anditalsocomparesthedif
