摘要随着世界经济的不断发展，人类对自然环境的破坏也不断增加。在这种背景下，人类在发展经济的同时，也越来越重视环境保护。特别的，针对全球变暖这一问题，碳关税的概念由此产生。碳关税，即对进口高含碳量产品征收二氧化碳排放关税，是一种新型的贸易壁垒。碳关税政策正在为发达国家所推崇，碳关税的实施将对我国的进出口贸易产生不利影响。本文将世界分为三部分，构建了一个三部门的经济模型。首先，本文分析碳关税的征收对中国进出口贸易的影响。得出的结论是由于中国的出口产品结构，碳关税政策的实施将会大幅减少中国出口商品量，恶化我国国际贸易收支。另外，本文探索用新能源替代传统能源的经济效应。结果，新能源的替代不仅会减少环境污染，还会改善中国碳关税政策下的进出口贸易。但是新能源开发的不利条件是其较大的固定成本。所以，我们得到的政策建议是，加大对新能源技术的投入，逐步降低新能源的开发成本，在此基础上更多的用新能源替代传统能源进行生产。关键词：贸易，碳关税，新能源AbstractWiththedevelopmentoftheworldeconomy,peopleareincrasingtheirdeteriorationtotheenvironment.Inthiscontext,peopleattachgreaterimportancetotheprotectionofenvironmentwhentheydeveloptheeconomy.Particularly,fortheproblemofglobalwarming,theconceptofcarbontariffemerges.CarbontariffistheCO2emissiontarifffortheimportofhighcarbonproducts,andit’sanewtradebarrier.Carbontariffpolicynowaresupportedbythedevelopedcountries.TheimplementofthecrbontariffwilldoharmtotradeofChina.Thearticleseparatetheworldto3parts,forminga3-sectoreconomicmodel.First,weanalysetheimpactofcarbontarifftothetradeofChina.TheconclusionisthatbecauseoftheexportingstructureofChina,carbontariffpolicywillgreatlydecresetheimportofchinesecommoditiesanddeteriorateourinternationaltradebalance.Inaddition,thisarticleexploretheeffectofthesubstituonoftraditionalenergyusingnewenergy.Theresultisthatthesubstitutioncannotonlydecreasethepollutionoftheenvironment,butcanimprovethetradeofChinaundercarbontariffpolicy.However,thedisadvantageofnewenergyexplosionissubstantialfixedcost.Sowesuggestthatweshouldincreaseinvestmentinnewenergytechnology,progressivelydecresetheexplosioncostofnewenergyandusenewenergytosubstitutethetraditionalenergyonthisbasis.KeyWords:Trade,CarbonTariff,NewEnergy目录第1章前言.............................................11.1碳关税背景介绍................................................11.2文献回顾......................................................4第2章中国出口产品结构分析.............................72.1中国出口产品结构介绍..........................................72.2中国出口产品结构存在的问题...................................12第3章模型......
