旅游企业对非物质文化遗产传承人激励问题研究中文摘要随着人们对中国传统文化的关注,越来越多的旅游企业认识到非物质文化遗 产的旅游价值。而获取与保持非物质文化遗产资源,并在一定程度上承担保护非 物质文化遗产的企业社会责任,是旅游企业提升企业竞争力、形成可持续竞争优 势的有效途径之一。由于传承人是非物质文化遗产的重要载体,能否有效激励非 物质文化遗产传承人是旅游企业面临的重要问题。然而,现有研究尚未从企业管 理角度探讨对非物质文化遗产传承人的激励问题。本文分析了旅游企业对非物质 文化遗产传承人激励的现状,发现旅游企业普遍存在着盲目激励、单一激励、非 规范激励问题。由于这些问题的存在,旅游企业经常出现传承人人才资源的获取、 开发、保持和利用难等现象,使企业非物质文化遗产旅游项目的收入和旅游者对 企业的评价受到影响。为了解决旅游企业对非物质文化遗产传承人激励中存在的 问题,本文分析问题原因并对传承人需求进行识别后,分别从树立科学管理思想、 开展传承人的人力资源管理职能活动、构建与运作传承人激励体系、塑造优秀的 企业文化三方面提出了应对策略。关键词:旅游企业 非物质文化遗产传承人 激励On how to motivate the inheritor of intangiblecultural heritage in tourism enterprises(ABSTRACT)As people focus on Chinese traditional culture, more and more tourism enterprises realize the tourist value of the intangible cultural heritage. To acquire and maintain the intangible cultural heritage resources, and to take on the corporate social responsibilities of safeguarding intangible cultural heritage, is one of the effective ways for tourism enterprises to enhance the competitiveness and form the sustainable competitive advantage of tourism enterprises. As the inheritor is the important carrier for inheriting intangible cultural heritage, whether the inheritors can be motivated accounts to tourism enterprises. As a matter of fact, existing studies have scarcely explored the matter of motivating the inheritors of the intangible culture heritage from the angle of business management. By analyzing the current situation of motivating the inheritor, this paper concludes that there are a series of problems in most tourism enterprises, including blindness, singleness and non-standardization. Thus, thetourism enterprises often have much difficulty in acquiring, developing, maintaining and utilizing human resources and this always has an effect on the business income of the projects about intangible cultural heritage and the judgment of tourists to enterprise.
