摘要LXI 是新一代测试总线，是局域网技术在仪器领域的扩展，在组建未来的分布 式测试系统中具有重要的作用。国外对 LXI 的研究已经取得了一些成果，并已有少 量的符合 LXI 规范的仪器面市。目前，国内对 LXI 的研究还处在起步阶段，还没有 符合 LXI 规范的仪器推出。因此，研究 LXI 具有重要的意义。作为 LXI 中的关键技术之一的 VXI-11 协议在 LXI 中具有至关重要的作用。论 文对仪器总线技术的发展进行了简单的回顾，然后从 VXI-11 协议着手，对 LXI 仪 器的框架结构、LXI 仪器的发现机制、VXI-11 协议以及 VXI-11 协议所涉及的 RPC 协议和 XDR 协议进行了充分的分析和研究，并在此基础上，实现了 LXI 仪器的发 现机制和通过网络访问 LXI 仪器的基本功能。最后，通过使用 VISA 函数编写的 LXI 测试程序和 VXI-11 协议发现工具对实 现的 LXI 仪器进行了验证，证明了其正确性。论文成果对研制 LXI 仪器提供了必要 的基础。关键词：发现机制，LXI，VXI-11，RPC，VISAResearch and Implementation of VXI-11 Protocol in LXI AbstractLXI—LAN extension for instrumentation, as a new generation instrument bus, plays an important role in the building distributed test sytem in the future. The researches for LXI have gained some achievements and some LXI instruments have been developed in foreign. At present, however, the researches for LXI are just in elementary step and no LXI instruments are presented in domestic. Therefore, the researches for LXI have greate significance.Because VXI-11 is a key technique in LXI, it has important effect on LXI. In this paper, the developing process of instrument bus is introduced. Based on the VXI-11 protocol, the architecture, discovery mechnicsm, VXI-11 protocol and associated RPC and XDR are analyzed and researched in detail, and the discovery mechnicsm and manipulation through LAN for LXI are implemented.Finally, the verification for LXI instrument developed in this paper is tested by using the test program written in VISA and VXI-11 protocol discovery tool. The results show that the LXI instrument developed is correct.
