左卡尼汀联合疏血通注射液治疗不稳定型心绞痛疗效观察 　　[摘要] 目的 观察左卡尼汀联合疏血通注射液治疗不稳定型心绞痛的疗效。方法 2008年1月～2011年1月收治经明确诊断的不稳定型心绞痛患者82例作为入选对象，将患者随机分为观察组（常规治疗+左卡尼汀+疏血通联合治疗）和对照组（给予常规治疗）两组，每组41例，两组患者入院后均给予正规内科治疗，包括休息、镇静、吸氧，给予硝酸酯类药物、ACEI类药物、β受体阻滞剂、钙离子拮抗剂等药物。观察比较两组的疗效。结果 两组均顺利完成治疗，观察组临床疗效总有效率达97.6%，明显高于对照组的总有效率78.0%（P＜0.05）。结论 左卡尼汀联合疏血通注射液治疗不稳定型心绞痛疗效确切，副反应少，安全性好，值得临床推广和应用。 　　[关键词] 不稳定型心绞痛；左卡尼汀；疏血通注射液；疗效 　　[中图分类号] R541.4 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2011）34-63-02 　　 　　The Efficacy of L-carnitine Combined Shuxuetong Injection in Treatment of Unstable Angina Pectoris 　　WANG Jialiang ZHANG Yanli 　　Department of Pharmacy，Mudanjiang Medical College Hongqi Hospital， Mudanjiang 157011，China 　　 　　[Abstract] Objective To observe the efficacy of L-carnitine combined Shuxuetong injection in treatment of unstable angina. Methods All 82 patients with unstable angina were randomly divided into two groups （treated with conventional therapy + L-carnitine + Shuxuetong combination therapy） and control group （treated with conventional therapy） with 41 patients in each group. Patients of two groups were admitted to live in a hospital and were given regular medical treatment，including rest，sedation，oxygen，giving nitrates，ACEI drugs，β receptor blockers，calcium antagonists and other drugs. Observed effects were compared. Results Both groups were successfully completed treatment and the total effective rate of clinical observation group（97.6%） was significantly higher than that of the control group（78.0%）（P＜0.05）.
