Abstract: By introducing pension plan system into the OLG Model of Indigenous Growth and analyzing the
relation between the Pay-as-you-go system and economic growth, it shows that the pay-as-you-go system can
promote the long-term and stable economic growth effectively, and relative policy advice is put forward
accordingly.
