法理与魅力的交融——一项提升班主任权威的行动研究摘要：班主任权威在教育教学中是必不可少的，有着巨大的教育力量。然而，新课程改革呼吁师生关系平等、提倡对话教学，反对“压迫”的新教育理念使得班主任的权威受到空前的挑战。在班级日常管理与教育教学活动中，“权威”一词成为不可触碰的“雷区”，由此造成缺失权威的管理与教学，其效果不尽如人意。基于这一实际情况，本论文在前人所做相关研究的基础上进行自己的研究，提出笔者自己对班主任权威的认识。本论文共分四个部分：绪论；班主任权威研究的理论基础；行动研究过程展现；对行动研究结果的反思。一、绪论。本章节主要介绍研究的缘起、研究意义、研究方法，并对前人所做相关研究进行梳理。在前人所做研究基础上，笔者对班主任权威进行操作性定义，以行动研究模式结合观察法、访谈法等研究方法开展本次研究，并简要陈述本次行动研究设计思路。二、班主任权威研究的理论基础。本章节主要以马克思·韦伯、雅斯贝尔斯、赫伯特·西蒙的相关权威理论为基础，论证班主任权威存在的必然性，分析出班主任权威的特征：法律所赋予的权力保障与班主任自身内在的人格魅力感召，即法理型权威与魅力型权威。三、提升班主任权威的行动研究过程。本研究在开展提升班主任权威研究过程中，分析收集到的资料所反映出的班主任权威问题，即班主任在法理型权威上有所退缩，且没能充分发挥利用自身人格的魅力型权威。结合所发现的问题与研究的理论基础，通过不断的实践观察、反思与评价，提出解决策略，并在实践行动中实施验证。四、对行动研究结果的反思。本章节主要是通过结合之前的理论基础，总结此次行动研究的成果，即法理型权威与魅力型权威的融合是提升班主任权威的有效策略。并对研究过程中的不足之处进行反思。关键词：班主任权威；法理型权威；魅力型权威；行动研究InterweavingofRational-legalandCharismaticAuthority—AnActionResearchonImprovingClassTeacher’sAuthorityAbstract：Theclassteacher’sauthorityisindispensableinthedailyeducationandteaching,whichhasgreateducationalpower.However,itisfacinganunprecedentedchallengewhenthenewcurriculumreformappealstoanequalrelationshipbetweenteachersandstudents,advocatesdialogueteachingandproposalsneweducationalideastoopposeoppression.Theclassteacher’sauthorityisbecominganareathatnoonecantouch,sothattheeffectsofdailyclassmanagementandeducationalteachingactivitiesareunsatisfactory,withouttheauthority.Basedonthissituationandtherelatedresearchhavingbeendonebypredecessors,thethesisdoestheresearchonitsownperspectiveandputsforwardtheunderstandingofclassteacher’sauthority.Thethesisisdividedintofourparts:introduction;theoreticalbasisabouttheclassteacher’sauthorityresearch;processdisplayfortheactionresearch;introspectionontheactionresearch.Inthefirstpart,itmainlyintroducesthereason,valueofthisresearch,researchmethods,andmakesaliteralreview.Basedontherelatedresearchhavingbeendonebypredecessors,thethesistriestomakeanoperationaldefinitionofclassteacher’sauthority,anddecidestostudyonactionresearchmodel,combiningwithobservationmethodandinterviewmethod.Meanwhile,thoughdesi
