ABSTRACTObjective:Thisstudyaimedtoinvestigatetherelationshipofuricacidandfibrinogenlevelsinwomenwithprematurecoronaryarterydisease.WhetheritcanindependentlypredictthediseaseMethods:Weselected184casesofwomenwithcoronaryheartdisease(confirmedbycoronaryangiography)astheexperimentalgroupfromFirstAffiliatedHospitalofNanchangUniversityduringFebruary2013toFebruary2014.Dividedthemintotwogroupsaccordingtoage:thefirstgroupwaswomenwithprematurecoronaryheartdisease(108cases,theage65years-old),theothergroupwaswomenwithnon-prematurecoronaryheartdisease(76cases,theage≥65years-old).Andwerandomlyselected65casesofcoronarycompletelynormalduringthesameperiodinhospitalasthecontrolgroup.Recordingthepatientinformationindetail,includingthegeneralconditionsandmedicalhistory,liverandkidneyfunction,bloodsugar,bloodlipidsseven(includingtotalcholesterol,triglycerides,HDL-C,LDL-C,ApoA1,ApoB,LPa),uricacid,fibrinogen,totalbilirubin,homocysteineandhemoglobin.Dividingallthecasesintotwogroupsaccordingtocoronaryangiography,thegroupofwomenwithcoronaryheartdisease(n=184casesofpatients)andthegroupofwomenwiththenormalcoronaryartery(n=65casesofpatients),comparethedifferencebetweenthetwogroupsofuricacidandfibrinogen.Dividingthegroupofwomenwithcoronaryheartdiseaseintotwogroupsaccordingtoage,thegroupofwomenwithprematurecoronaryheartdisease(n=108casesofpatients)andtheothergroupoffemalenon-prematureCHDgroup(n=76casesofpatients),andcomparethedifferencebetweenthetwogroupsofuricacidandfibrinogen.Comparedtherelationshipbetweenuricacid,fibrinogenandGensiniscorewiththepatientswithprematureCHD.Result:Comparedwithwomenwhohavecoronaryheartdiseaseandthecontrolgroup,patientswithcoronaryheartdiseasegrouptheuric[(317.56±77.01)μmol/Lvs(267.09±55.24)μmol/L,P=0.001],fibrinogenlevels[(2.902±0.693)g/Lvs(2.231±0.574)g/L,P=0.001]weresignificantlyhigherthanthenormalcoronaryarteryoffemalegroup,thedifferencewasstatisticallysignificant(P0.05);Comparedwithwomenwhohaveprematurecoronaryheartdiseasegroupandnon-PCADgroup,theuricacid[(329.4
