AbstractRD(ResearchDevelopment)isanimportantmeanstoenhancecompetitivepowerandsustainabledevelopmentofenterprises,anditisalsoanimportantpartofenterpriselong-termdevelopmentalstrategy.So,theinvestmentdecision-makingofaRDprojectisveryimportanttoenterprises.Althoughthetraditionalprojectinvestmentdecisionmethodhasconsideredtherewardoftimeandrisk,butitignoresthestrategicvalueofcreatingfollowinggrowthopportunitiesandtheflexibilitytoadjustaccordingtothemarketchanges.Realoptiontheoryconsiderstheprojectuncertaintyandflexibilitywell,butignorestheinfluencebycompetitorsstrategy.Optiongametheoryandmethodisthelatestdevelopment,whichcombinesrealoptionpricingtheoryandgametheoryscientifically,providesusascientificandpracticaltoolforinvestmentdecision-making.Firstly,thisdissertationisstartingfromthelimitationoftraditionalevaluationmethods,anddrawsouttherealoptionmethod.Secondly,optiongamemethodisbroughtoutbycombiningrealoptiontheorywithgametheory,anditsgeneralanalysisframeisalsointroduced.ThentheoptionandgamecharacteristicofaRDprojectisdescribed.Afterthat,theauthorcarriesontheanalysistothevaluefunctionandtheinvestmentmarginalvalueofcompetitorsinaincompletelycompetitionenvironmentbyacontinualdouble-headmonopolymodel.Then,withadiscretedouble-headmonopolymodelandanumericalcase,thedissertationmakesaquantificationanalyzetotheprojectvalueunderthreedifferentcompetitivestructures.Finally,thedeficiencyofoptiongametheoryandmethodisdiscussed,includingthelimitationofdomesticpracticalapplication.KEYWORDS:RD,realoption,optiongame,projectinvestmentevaluation目录摘要.........................................................................................................IAbstract......................................................................................................II1绪论1.1课题背景和研究意义.......................................................................(1)1.2国内外文献综述...............................................................................(3)1.3本文的结构.......................................
