Meanwhile, the Chinas foreign trade status in world has been raised because of the rapid growth of chinas foreign trade. Now, China has become one of the largest trading partner, this change shows that a new environment of foreign trade is growing. However, with the rise of Chinas economy, Chinas trade friction has intensified, and there is a new situation. Based on all sorts of development barriers and limits which the present China foreign trade meet, as a large developing country, China can take advantage of some exceptions of WTO to address various frictions in violation of the basic principles of the WTO conditions. Regional arrangement is a significant exception of the WTO, the rapid development on a global scale has become an irresistible trend of the economic development in todays world . Facing the new situation, China should make some adjustments in foreign trade strategies to make regional trade arrangements as an important development in our economic and trade development strategy.
