摘 要田径运动是各运动项目的基础，随着社会的发展，体育运动呈现出新颖化、 多样化、趣味化的发展方向，田径的教学相对其他项目来说较枯燥和乏味，学 生上课积极性不高。本文采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法、实验法、 数理统计法等对趣味田径在小学体育课中的创编原则、课的设计和组织、教学 优势、等进行了深入的研究与分析。以期能通过对趣味田径的应用研究找出一 种符合少年儿童各阶段生理和心理特点的田径教学内容和方法，为小学教育工 作者在适应《新课标》标准下提供一种可行有效的教学手段和依据。其研究结 果如下：（1）采用趣味田径教学方法，能改善学生的心境状态，使学生上课时心情 愉悦，从而调动学生学习的积极性和兴趣，主动的去参加课外体育活动，增加 学生参加体育锻炼的时间。（2）运用趣味田径教学方法教学更能体现学生学习的主体性，充分体现“以 人为本”的教育理念。（3）应用趣味田径教学方法有利于学生了解和认知田径运动的有关内容和 体育课的目的和意义。关键词：趣味；田径；教学；应用研究ABSTRACTTrack and field is the basis to every moves，With the development of society ， Develop direction of Athletic sports appears out the New and original-rization、Diversify、Interest-rization.
