摘要摘要20世纪初，全面预算管理在美国诞生，这种先进的管理模式，提高了大型企业的经济效益，对于企业的成熟和发展起到了极大地推动作用。全面预算管理通过对企业目标设定、预算编制、到预算执行、最后通过考核来反馈结果，可以最大程度地实现企业的价值。它是一项复杂的系统工程，涉及到企业运营的方方面面，在企业运行的过程中，也一直发挥着作用。全面预算管理不仅能在微观上提高企业的经济效益，同时，还能优化社会的资源配置。因此，全面预算管理的开展，对于如何提高企业的经济效益成为了理论界和实战过程中重点考虑和研究的话题。近年来，伴随着西方管理制度的传播，全面预算管理理论作为一种新型的理论与方法也被引入我国，使得全面预算管理在我国有了一定的发展。但是，中小型企业在构建全面预算管理体系中感到力不从心。因此，为了促进中小企业的发展，更有必要针对中小型企业的全面预算管理进行专门的研究。本文通过对保定市红星公司的预算管理进行研究，针对该公司预算管理的现状，以及实施过程中所出现的问题，提出解决方案，力求全面预算管理能够在该公司得以完善。期望本文也能为其他中小型企业的全面预算管理提供一定的实践参考。关键词中小型企业全面预算管理预算体系应用研究AbstractAbstractComprehensivebudgetmanagementwasbornintheUnitedStatessincetheearly20thcentury,itquicklybecameamajormeanstoincreaseeconomicefficiencyofenterprises.andplayedagreatroleinpromotingthematurationanddevelopmentofenterprises.Comprehensivebudgetmanagementcanrealizethemaximizationofenterprisevalue,bysettingcorporategoals,budgetingandpassingtheexaminationresults.Itisacomplicatedsystematicproject,involvingallaspectsofbusinessoperationsthroughouttheenterpriserunningalways.Comprehensivebudgetmanagementcannotonlyimprovetheeconomicefficiencyofenterprisesinthemicro,butalsooptimizesocialresourcesconfiguration.Therefore,thedevelopmentofthecomprehensivebudgetmanagement,forhowtoimprovetheeconomicefficiencyofenterpriseshasbecomeakeyconsiderationandresearchtopicsofthetheoreticalandpractical.Inrecentyears,thecomprehensivebudgetmanagementtheoryandmethodofsuccessisintroducedintoourcountry.Comprehensivebudgetmanagementhasacertaindevelopmentinourcountry.Therefore,inordertopromotethedevelopmentofsmallandmedium-sizedenterprises,specializedresearchofthesmallandmedium-sizedenterprisescomprehensivebudgetmanagementisnecessary.Inthispaper,tostudythehigh-frequencyEquipmentCo.,LTD.Baodinghongxingofbudgetmanagement,proposeasolutionfortheproblemofthestatusofthebudgetmanagementofthecompany,aswellastheimplementationprocess,andstrivetoperfectoverallbudgetmanagementinthecompany.Hopedthatthispapercanprovidesomepracticalreferencefortheoverallbudgetmanagementofsmall-andmedium-sizedenterprises.Ke
