AbstractVectorControlhasawidespeedrange,low-frequencygreattorqueandfastdynamicresponse,becauseoftheabove-mentionedadvantagesitiswidelyusedinACdrivetechnology.Needforspeedclosed-loopcontrolinthevectorcontrol,however,thehighpriceofspeedsensorimprovesthecostofthetransmissionsystemandspeedsensorisnoteasytomaintain.Speedsensorlessvectorcontroliswelltoavoidthese,itappliestosomeplacewherethespeedcontrolaccuracyisnothigh,atpresentspeedsensorlessvectorcontrolhasbeenwidelyusedincommercialinverter.Inspeedsensorlessvectorcontrol,fluxandspeedestimationprocessinvolvesthemotorparameters,changesinmotorparameterswillhaveanimpactonthecontrolperformance,somotorparametersidentificationisveryimportant.Inaddition,thespeedloopinvectorcontrolalsohasagreatinfluenceonthespeedcontrolsystem,asimplePIcontrolisdifficulttomeetthespeedtrackingabilityandloadregulationabilitytwoaspectsofperformancerequirements.Thepaperwillfocusonspeedestimation,motorparametersonlineidentificationandthespeedloopdesignthreeaspectsinspeedsensorlessvectorcontroltoimprovetheperformanceofthecontrolsystem.Firstofall,forthespeedsensorlessvectorcontrol,usingthemodelreferenceadaptivesystem(MRAS)whichisbasedonmathematicalmodelofinductionmotorintherotatingcoordinatesystemmodeltoestimatethespeedofthemotor.Inordertoavoidtheinfluenceonthespeedandfluxestimatedcausedbythechangesinmotorparameters,thispaperdesignsastatorresistanceonlineidentificationprogram.TheeffectivenessofspeedestimationandstatorresistanceonlineidentificationschemeisverifiedthroughtheMATLABsimulationandsystemexperiment.Secondly,forthespeedloopdesignproblemofvectorcontrol,thispaperfocusonthespeedloopcompensationandspeedcontrollerdesigntwoaspects.Basedonthespeedloopmathematicalmodelofvectorcontrolthepaperdesignsaloadobserveranditsoutputisusedforthetorquefeedforwardcontrol.Designedaslidingmodevariablestructurespeedcontrollerbasedonslidingmodecontroltheoryandmathematicalmodelsofinductionmotor.Theeffectivenessoftorquefeedforwardcontrolandslidingmodevariablestructurespee
