AbstractSafeandeconomicindustrialproductionandeffectiveutilizationofresourcehavebecomeourconsciousness,withtherapiddevelopmentofsocialeconomyandthemoreobviousshortageofresource.Pressurevesseliswidelyusedinindustrybecauseofspecialadvantages.Meanwhile,it’sverydifficulttoestimatethelossoncethesecurityaccidenthappen,duetotheparticularityofthevesselcontentandworkingconditions.Therefore,safeandreliableperformanceofpressurevesselstakeattentionsofaspects.Scientificstructuredesign,reasonablematerialsuse,manufacturingandtestingprocess,safetyanalysistheory,standardspecificationsandeffectivemeansofresearchinpressurevesselarealwaysthemostactiveareaofacademiaandindustry.“Gasinsteadofoil”aspowerfulfueleraarriveswiththepracticeofsustainabledevelopmentandenvironmental-friendlyconcept.Theuseofliquefiednaturalgas(LNG)becomesahottopic,holdingtheuseofLNGvesseljump.Vesselswillcontinueincreaseintheareaofindustrywithdifferentscales,differentmaterialsordifferentfunctions.Intermsofitsowncharacteristicsandwidelyused,scientificandreasonabledesignandreliablesafetyanalysisisurgent.Thepurposeistoimprovethematerialutilizationandthesafetyofpressurevesselinthisarticle,usingtheanalysisanddesignmethodforsafetyassessmentofthesteelstructurepressurevesselwithlowtemperature.Subjectofthispaperisestablishedunderthesebackground.Numericalanalysisofthedeterminedresearchobjectbymeansofthelargefiniteelementsoftware,ANSYS,isstrictlyfollowbasicmechanicaltheoryandtherelevantnationalandindustrycurrentstandards.Effectivefiniteelementmodelisestablished,andnumericalanalysisincludingstaticstrengthanalysisundermechanicalandtemperatureload,equivalentstaticanalysisofmotioninertiaforce,modalanalysis,andseismicspectrumanalysis.Andreasonableimprovementopinionsareputforwardaccordingtothepreviousanalysisresults.ThematerialpropertyparametersinanalysisstrictlyfollowtherelevantnationalandIIindustrystandard.Stressoftheanalysisresultswilltobeclassified,andthenevaluatethestressresultsofvesselwithreasonablestressevaluationcriterion.Ac
