COMPARATIVE RESEARCH ON INFLUENTIAL FACTORS OF ENTERPRISES TECHNOLOGICAL INNOVATION OF CHINA——BASED ON A SURVEY OF REGION PANELDATA ABSTRACTNew economic growth theory thought that technological progress is thefundamental source of economic growth and development. With the deepening of economic openness, enterprises have become the main force to promote economic development, and the enterprises which only have core technology and emphasis on technological innovation can get a dominant position in the competition. the key is to enhance the ability of technological innovation. Chinese enterprises have the problem about technological innovation widely, and the eastern, the central and the western regions have differences such as the level of economic development, human resources, technical level which result in the difference among each region on the ability of technological innovation. Therefore, the theoretical and empirical analysis on technological innovation factors which impact on the level of technological innovation of each regional enterprises have become an important topic in academic research.Firstly, the paper has analysed the status of Chinese enterprisess technological innovation, point to the specific situation of Chinese enterprisess technological innovation, and the exemplification that technological innovation play a critical role on Chinese existing enterprises, and the problems existing in technological innovation of Chinese enterprises.Secondly, the paper is theoretical analysis the technological innovation factors of Chinese enterprises, introducing internal and external factors of enterprise technological innovation respectively, we find that firm size, foreigndirect investment(FDI), corporate profit margins, the level of economicdevelopment and other factors affecting enterprise technological innovation.Thirdly, this paper empirical research on the technological innovation factors of Chinese enterprises.
