AbstractAccountinginformationisoneofthebasesofcapitalmarketandinresourcesallocation,itsqualitynotonlydirectlyaffectstheefficiencyofthemarket,thenationalmicro-control,butalsorelatedwithinvestors’interests,economicdevelopmentandsocialstability.Sincethe20thcentury,accountingfraudintheaccountinginformationdistortionsuchastheU.SEnronandYinGuangXiaofChinamakesthesocietybeginstopaycloseattentiontothecrisisintheaccountinginformationqualityproblem.theproblemofaccountinginformationqualityhasbecomeaccountingcirclesallovertheworld.Insomedevelopedcountries,someratingagencieshavedevelopedaseriesofaccountinginformationqualityindexsystem,andtheresultshavebeenorgoingtobepublished;Ourcountryisinthetransformationoftheeconomicstate,andismuchmoreurgentlytodevelopaindexsystemofaccountinginformationqualityindicatortomeasurethelistedcompanies’accountinginformation.Inthispaper,weusenormativeresearchandempiricalresearchtoanalyzethecauses,target,subjectandobject,etcofthemeasurementaccountinginformation.Onthisbasis,wecalculatetheaccountinginformationfromfinancialstatementscontentqualityandthefinancialreportquality.Weconstructsaindexsystemincluding6primaryindexes,13secondaryindexestomeasurethelistedcompanies’accountinginformationqualitybyusinganalytichierarchyprocess,efficacyanalysis.Finally,weselected21companiesfromShenzhenStockExchangetousetheindexsystem.WecomparedtheresultstotheinformationdisclosurebytheShenzhenStockExchange,wefoundtheyhastheconsistency,whichhasverifiedtheindexsystemandthemeasurementmodeliseffective.KeyWords:AccountinginformationqualityIndexsystemAnalytichierarchyprocessEfficacycoefficientmethod目录摘要...............................................................................................................IAbstract...........................................................................................................II1绪论1.1研究背景...............................................................................................(1)1.2研究目的和意义....................................
