With the impact of the global financial crisis on the traditional energy market，there will be anew round opportunity to develop the new energy.Currently，the government is focusing on optimizing the industrial structure，the development of new energy and renewable energy，and seizing the opportunity to adjust the energy structure in China.The impact of the financial crisis in 2008, Chinas photovoltaic enterprises are facing with a painful turn. The on one hand, the solar photovoltaic market in Europe is in deep debt crisis, on the other hand, the solar photovoltaic industry also faces the potential impact from the anti-dumping measures in the United States and Europe, There are new competitive threat in the market, because some giants including Hyundai Group in Korea are preparing to come into this industry. At the same time, financial problems of the solar business company force the Chinese solar industry to change, such as mergers, acquisitions, bankruptcy, closed and unemployment.
