第十五章商务英语衔接手段 商务英语衔接手段（1） 英汉语属于两种完全不同的语系的语言。英语属于印欧语系，汉语属于汉藏语系。英语是“形合”语言,多关联词（connectors）;汉语是“意合”语言，不如英语那样频繁使用关联词作为句子、段落、篇章之间的连接手段。 一个单句中的成分是通过句子成分之间的语法成分关系联系起来的；通过并列、从属、平行结构等手段又可以将多个分句连成一个复杂的句子。 商务英语衔接手段（2） 由于英语是“形合”性语言，多关联词（Connectors），而汉语是“意合”性语言，关联词不像英语那样用的多。所以，在英语写作中要注意两种语言的差异。例如有一句话：“小王，总经理来了告诉我，我有要事向他汇报。”相应的英语表达在句子之间需要加关联词：“Hi, Xiao Wang, When the GM arrives, please tell me, as I have something important to report to him.” 红色为关联词， 如果没有这两个关联词，就不符合英语的表达习惯。 商务英语衔接手段（3） 时间关联词 在叙事性文章中，最简便的方法就是以事情发展的先后顺序来安排文章的内容，在这类文章中，事件的顺序必须清楚，才利于理解。常用的时间关联词有：In 1998, after a while; at once; immediately; at length; in the mean time; meanwhile; at the same time; in the end; then; soon; not long after; later; at once; at last; finally; some time ago; at present; all of a sudden; from this time on; from time to time; since then; when; whenever; next point; a few minutes later; formerly; as; once; since; occasionally; in a moment; shortly; whereupon; presently; previously , 等。 表示时间关联词用在段落中使文章结构严谨，意义明确。 商务英语衔接手段（4） 原因关联词 事物发生变化的原因与结果是紧密相连的，因此，在写作过程中，我们常用揭示因果关系的方法拓展文章。我们可使用原因关联词来达到这种效果。常用的原因关联词有：because; because of this; being that; another important factor／reason of... ; since; as; for; in that...; owing to; due to; thanks to; now that…; on account of; for the reason that...; in view of; the reason seems to be obvious; for this reason, 等。 商务英语衔接手段（7） 递进关联词 英语写作中，所谓递进就是在逻辑关系、程度等方面依次按一定顺序和关系加深，逐步推进。常见的表示递进的关联词有：furthermore; moreover; further; still; not only...but also...; not...but...; in addition (to); additionally; much more interesting; more specifically; next, besides; that is to say ; in other words；along this line of consideration；on the one hand...,on the other hand...; even; last but not least ; equally important, 等。 商务英语衔接手段（8） 转折关联词 英语写作中常用转折来表示叙述的关系发生变化，目的是使表达平稳过渡，又相互连贯。常见的表示转折的关联词有：but; although; even so; however; though; even though; independent of; instead; nevertheless; notwithstanding; on the contrary; still; while ; despite that; in sp
