必要。前提需要明确民间金融的法律地位，进而制定、完善并落实相关法律政策。内部深挖企业内在潜力，拓宽企业融资渠道，改善企业资产结构，完善小微企业信用体系。外部构建民间资金信息共享平台，打通企业与民间资本交流脉络。建立健全监管体系，加强民间融资规范性。构建民间资金市场化的利率体制完善民间融资的风险防范体系。只有政府、银行、小微企业、社会各方共同努力，小微企业融资难的问题才能逐步得以解决。关键词：小微企业民间融资民间资本Studyontheprivatefinancingofsmallandmicro-sizedenterprisesAbstractSmallandmicro-sizedenterpriseisanimportantcomponentinournationaleconomy,haveirreplaceablestrategicpositionintheeconomicandsocial.Inthewaveofeconomicgrowth,smallmicroenterpriseplaysanimportantroleasaactivebasicforce.However,theenterpriseownlimitations,Chinaseconomicsystemandsuchvariousfactors,makefinancingbecomeadifficultproblemandseriouslyrestrictedthedevelopmentofsmallmicroenterprise.Further,itresultinsinglefinancingway,narrowfinancingchannel,badfinancingstructurewithmanydefects.Ontheotherhand,Chinasabundantprivatecapital,privatefinancialorganizationsinvariousforms,intheabsenceofsupervisionandguidance,richfolkfinancialeasilyleadtoeconomiccrimeandcannotgeteffectiveplay.Therealizationofcivilfinanceandsmallmicroenterprisesdockingchannelsofcapital,thefolkcapitaltosolvesurgingfundsarerelativelysmallandmicrobusinessesshortage,solvetheproblemofcapitalfundturnoverofenterprise,highrateofreturniswidespreadattentionathomeandabroadinthenewhot,butthefolkfinancingtosolvethefinancingproblemofsmallandmicrobusinesses,willgreatlypromotethedevelopmentofournationaleconomy.Fromtheprivatelendingandsmallmicrofinancialsituationofenterprises,Thispaperanalyzedthestatusquooffolkfinancingandrelatedtheory,aclearunderstandingoftheconceptandcharacteristicsofcivilfinancing.Itreviewsthefolkfinancingdevelopmentsince1990,theevolutionprocessoffinancing,andraisekindresolutionfromtheangleofthehistoryanalysisonthefinancingproblems.Theproblemsarefoundsuchasnarrowfinancingchannel,lowfinancialmanagementlevel,poorcreditstatusandpreconceptionfromstate-ownedcommercialbank,thenanalyzefinancingway,thefinancingsystem,developmentsystem.ItsObjectiveistodiscussprivatelendingandsmallandmicrobusinessesrelationship,discusstheadvantageanddisadvantag
